Again, another UNIBEN educator shot dead in Benin
BENIN CITY- Gunmen have again executed another instructor at the University of Benin (UNIBEN) in Benin City. The teacher, Dr. Omofunmwan Godwin Osaro, 51, of the division of Vocational and Technical Education, UNIBEN, was shot dead at his private residence in Isihor, Benin City, last Monday night.

Paul Otasowie of Electrical Engineering division of the
establishment was also killed in Benin City.
Agreeing Emmanuel Omofunmwan, offspring of the late associate prof depicted that the shooters shot his father and mother when they broke into their home as his father kicked the bucket promptly while his mother was rushed to the hospital.
He said the ambush woke him up around 12 midnight as their generator was on in the midst of the operation.
