The passageway to the phony base had a signpost with the engraving "Waterfront Resistance Power fourth Arms. Flag Ship Base. Okpokwu, Benue State Order"
They were gotten with full military uniform and weapons like cutlasses and what seemed, by all accounts, to be privately made riffles.
