Bukola Saraki loses offer to stop his CCT trial 

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has expelled an application recorded by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, testing the purview of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) to engage the charges of false resource announcement leveled against him by the Federal government. 

Conveying judgment on Saraki's application today, Justice Abdul Aboki who drove the five-man board decided that the advance is unmeritorious and was then totally expelled. The judges collectively decided that the tribunal was unavoidably engaged to engage and attempt him for the 16-charges of defilement and false resource revelation brought against him
