Previous national security counselor Sambo Dasuki has lost two separate requests looking to stop his present trials before two separate judges of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama. 

The Punch reports that the offer court declared its choice a few hours in the wake of listening to the advances on June 15. 

In the meantime An Abuja High Court ended hearing on account of assumed redirection of N13.6 billion against Dasuki, PMnews illuminates. 

Equity Hussein Baba-Yusuf in the wake of perusing a letter from the arraigning counsel, Mr Rotimi Jacobs (SAN) asking delay, suspended hearing for the situation until July 4. 

The letter noticed that Jacobs and his group were in the Court of Appeal which advised them on June 14 that two of their cases would be heard in the court, hence, the solicitation for deferment. 

At the continued listening to no guidance spoke to previous NSA, Acacia Holding Limited the fourth litigant and Reliance Referral Hospital Limited the fifth respondent. 

Dasuki is being accused together of Shuaibu Salisu, previous chief of fund, office of the national security guide and Aminu Baba-Kusa, previous NNPC official executive. 

Additionally being attempted are Acacia Holding Limited and Reliance Referral Hospital Limited. 

Previous NSA is confronting a four-check charge of IRS evasion and unlawful ownership of guns brought against him by the DSS.
