CORONA VIRUS: BUHARI CUTS DOWN 2020 BUDGET DUE TO THE PANDEMIC

The federal authorities have reduced the 2020 budget following the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic at the economic status of Nigeria

In a new notion despatched to the National Assembly (NASS) by the federal government, the 2020 finances were reduced from N10.594 trillion to N10.276 trillion.

The oil benchmark decreased from $57 in line with a barrel to $30 in keeping with a barrel, while the oil production volume turned into reduced from 2.17 million barrel to 1.70 million barrel.

The country mentioned that the change price was also increased from N305 to N360 to a dollar.
