A previous executive head of Katsina state, Ibrahim Shema, was on Tuesday, April 10, summoned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He argued not liable to 24-count charge recorded as a detriment to him at the court. 


     Everyday Trust reports that Shema was summoned over a charged budgetary misappropriation of neighborhood government reserves adding up to N11.5 billion.
