Breaking News: ALLEGED FRESH ATTACK BY FULANI HEADSMEN IN GUMA
Scarcely days after 20 individuals were killed in an ambush carried out by suspected herders in Guma and Logo L.G.A of the state between Monday and Tuesday this week, another strike was made in the early hours of today, January 6th, by assumed herders, which has left no under six individuals dead.
As demonstrated by reports, the fresh ambush happened at a settlement called Tse-Kimbir in Logo neighborhood government zone of the state. A person from the gathering, Prince Cephas Hough, told the Nation that the herders, furnished with AK 47 rifles, seethed their homes at a youthful hour of the day.
He said the assailants went from house to house and seized the occupants of their valuables before atleast shooting six people dead.
Those killed in the ambush were perceived as Kwaghve Baaki, Terhemen Kwaghve, Ioryue Tsehemba,Zahemen Tsavkuleve, Ahemba Shaku and a visitor who professedly began from Nongov, in Guma Local government area of Benue state.
