Arinze, Edochie, others grieve senior Martins Njubuigbo
– Some Nollywood on-screen characters have communicated bitterness over the demise of veteran performing artist, Martins Njubuigbo, prevalently known as senior Maya. The late Njubuigbo passed on of a liver-related disease. Segun Arinze, famously known as 'Dark Arrow' said on Saturday in Abuja, that Njubuigbo was an awesome performer. "He was genial and extremely good humored; we will beyond any doubt miss him. "Like Shakespeare said, 'the world is a phase'; Njubuigbo has come, done his beat and taken his way out and the blind has fallen. Martins Njubuigbo "Everything I can say is great night senior Martins Njubuigbo; may God allow the family the heart to hold up under the lost," Arinze said. Another veteran performer, Mrs Rita Edochie said he was a decent craftsman, "too terrible that it happened. "May God comfort the family and may his spirit rest in flawless peace with the Almighty maker," Edochie said. Mr Babatunde Obalana, the National President of National Association of Nigerian Theater Arts Practitioners, said the end of the performing artist was shocking. "He will without a doubt be missed; may his delicate soul rest in peace. So be it." Mrs Chiwendu Egwu, a housewife and an addent aficionado of the late on-screen character, said he was a flawless character mediator. As per her, he can act any character relegated to him and that he would be extraordinarily missed by his fans everywhere throughout the world. "We can't ask God for what reason it happened; we simply petition God for his spirit to rest in peace and the family to manage the lost." The late Njubuigbo, otherwise called Elder Maya and Baba Jumoke highlighted in blockbusters, including 'Kicked the bucket Wretched,' 'Clash of Mussanga, among numerous others.
